📋 Information: Chili Pepper 'Scotch Bonnet' is a classic Caribbean variety producing squat, bonnet shaped pods that ripen from green to rich red. The flavour is intensely fruity and aromatic with strong heat, ideal for jerk marinades, hot sauces and spicy stews.

This variety typically measures between 200,000 and 350,000 SHU on the Scoville scale. Plants are medium sized, bushy and productive, performing well in greenhouses, polytunnels or very warm, sheltered outdoor beds.
