📋 Information: Beetroot 'Boltardy' is a popular, reliable variety producing smooth, round roots with deep red flesh and a sweet, earthy flavour. The young leaves can also be harvested as tasty beet greens.

This variety grows well in garden beds, raised planters and containers, forming uniform roots that stay tender even when grown to a larger size. It is beginner friendly and known for its ability to resist bolting in early sowings.
