📋 Information: Chili Pepper 'Birds Eye' is a compact and highly productive hot pepper variety producing small, pointed pods that ripen from green to bright red. The flavour is fiery with a clean, sharp heat, making it excellent for Asian dishes, chili oils and drying into flakes.

This variety typically measures between 50,000 and 100,000 SHU on the Scoville scale. Plants stay relatively small and are well suited to pots, containers, greenhouses or warm outdoor beds, providing a long and continuous harvest.
