📋 Information: Chili Pepper 'Bhut Jolokia Red' is an extremely hot ghost pepper variety producing long, pointed, wrinkled pods that ripen from green to bright red. The flavour is intensely hot with fruity, slightly smoky notes, making it ideal for powerful hot sauces, chili pastes and drying into flakes or powder.

This variety typically measures between 800,000 and 1,000,000 SHU on the Scoville scale. Plants are tall and branching and perform best with steady warmth, full sun and regular watering in a greenhouse, polytunnel or very warm, sheltered outdoor bed.
