📋 Information: Scotch Bonnet Red is a spicy chili pepper named for its supposed resemblance to a Scottish tam o’ shanter bonnet and grow on medium sized bushes and produce an abundant amount of short, rounded, multi-shaped chili peppers. Scotch Bonnet Red Chilies are harvested throughout the late summer, when the peppers turn from green to a dark red colour.

🌶 Measuring around 300,000 on the Scoville scale, Scotch Bonnet Red chilies are a medium-hot chili pepper and are known for their sweet, spicy flavour and typically used in Caribbean cooking and hot sauces.
